Our first March transport drove 31 animals to safety in the northeast. We have two new approved rescue groups in New Hampshire as well who drive their own transports since our wonderful transporter doesn’t go quite that far north! In another bit of really good news this month, Xena the Warrior Puppy has found her forever home and boy [...] Our first transport of February saved 44 animals from DeKalb Animal Services including Gigi pictured here. She was adopted and returned by a family who was not willing to work on a little training to get her through a couple of simple issues that she had. Gigi is a wonderful girl and deserves a chance to [...] With the support of our donors, Friends of DeKalb Animals was able to save the lives of 644 animals from DeKalb Animal Services in 2012.
